The InterContinental Dubai Festival City is located on the banks of the Dubai Creek and all rooms offer fantastic views of the creek or city skyline. Directly joined to the 38,000sq ft Event Centre, the InterContinental Dubai Festival City is ideal for all business travelers. The hotel has five restaurants and two bars, creating a definite buzz in Dubai’s culinary scene. Among the offerings are Japanese and Lebanese fare and a menu created by a Michelin-starred chef. The hotel is also connected directly to the Festival Waterfront Centre, a luxury shopping centre with over 550 retail outlets, 90 restaurants and cafes, and a 100 berth marina. For the convenience of attendees, a limited number of rooms have been reserved until 24 September 2009 at a discounted rate of 1100 AED single/double occupancy, plus a 10% municipality fee and 10% service charge per night. This rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates or after 24 September 2009. Daily buffet breakfast is included in this rate.
