The intent of this course is not a “how to do it course” for oral and maxillofacial surgery, but rather a powerful learning tool or a strong refresher for those interested in the field. It is designed to provide a rapid, concise and easily comprehensible approach to disorders.
Pre-doctoral students will benefit from the basic presentation of the disorders and treatment options. More advanced students such as residents in training or board candidates will benefit from the more detailed material, and get accustomed to the style of patient presentation that is reflected in clinical practice and currently emphasized for American oral and maxillofacial surgery boards and in training examinations. |
